All attendees, poster presenters, speakers and exhibitors must be registered for the congress.
Please make your registration by 30 August, 2013 using the Online Registration System. After closing the online registration, make your registration on-site.

How to Pay
Fees must accompany all registrations. Registration will not be confirmed until full payment is received.

Cancellations
Deadline: 1 August 2013
Cancellations must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat. Cancellations received prior to 1 August 2013 will receive a full refund less 25% to cover administration costs. Refunds for cancellations received after 1 August 2013 will only be made in exceptional circumstances.
Liability
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Congress organizer does not accept responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delay or cancellation.
