Beyond the Human Genome Project


The Second Annual Conference of the Japan Human Proteome Organization (JHUPO) was held at the Itabashi City Hall, Tokyo, Japan from May 19, 2004 till May 20, 2004.

Human proteomics is increasingly becoming a vital part of human life science, affecting researchers and practitioners in areas ranging from clinical investigation, health sciences and drag discoveries.

The Conference offers the opportunity to discuss problems and solutions in this field, to identify new issues, and to shape future directions for human proteome research.
